The real reason you feel "tired but wired".

Reader,

There’s a specific pattern I see all the time:

You’re exhausted during the day…
But your brain won’t shut off at night.

You finally get a minute to yourself…
And suddenly you’re wide awake.

Scrolling. Thinking. Snacking.

Then you wake up the next day already behind.

This is what I call “tired but wired.”

And it’s one of the biggest hidden blockers to fat loss.

Because when your body is stuck in this state:

  • Your recovery is poor
  • Your hunger signals get thrown off
  • Your workouts feel harder than they should
  • And your body holds onto weight

Most people respond by pushing harder.

But that just digs the hole deeper.

What actually works is learning how to:

  • Downshift your system
  • Improve recovery without adding more time
  • Train in a way that builds energy instead of draining it

That’s exactly what I’ll be teaching inside The Energy Upgrade in May.

This is for you if:

  • You feel like you’re doing “everything right” but still low energy
  • You rely on caffeine just to get through the day
  • You know your body could feel better… but don’t know what to fix first

I’ll walk you through a simple, realistic way to start turning this around.

No complicated routines.
No overhaul of your life.

Just the few things that actually move the needle.

More details coming next week.

Keep CLIMBing

— Brian

Reader, Have you ever felt like you're doing everything right... Walking more.Trying to eat better.Adding extra cardio. Yet the scale barely moves? If you're over 40, there's a good reason for that. The strategies that worked in your 20s and 30s often stop working because your body changes. One of the biggest mistakes busy professionals make is trying to lose weight by doing more and more cardio while ignoring the one thing that has the greatest impact on long-term fat loss: Strength...

Reader, Every year around September, people say the same things: “I completely fell off this summer.”“I gained all the weight back.”“I feel terrible.”“I need to get back on track.” But almost nobody talks about it in June. That’s when the slide actually starts. One vacation. One long weekend.More drinks.Less movement. No routine.Constant “I’ll restart Monday.” Before they know it, they’ve spent 10 weeks slowly undoing the progress they worked hard for earlier in the year. Here’s what I want you...

Reader, What if this was the first summer you didn’t “fall off”? Not because you were perfect, but because you finally learned how to handle real life without spiraling. That’s the problem for most adults trying to lose weight: They can be disciplined for a few weeks, but then summer shows up. Vacations.Late nights.Drinks with friends.Cookouts.Travel baseball.Busy schedules. No routine. Suddenly healthy habits disappear until September. Here’s the thing: You should not need a perfectly...
